If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days at your disposal from the date you received the product to request a refund. We will send our courier to pick up the goods on your doorstep (service ONLY available for Italy) and we will refund the entire amount paid. You will only pay the cost of returning the goods.
Customers wishing to cancel their order can contact our Customer Assistance at +39 0438/410500 or customercare@manuel.it. Requests will be accepted for non-personalised orders that have not yet been processed, pursuant to legislation in force.
In compliance with art. 5 of Italian legislative decree 185/1999, Customers who, for any reason, are not satisfied with their purchase have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 10 days from receiving the goods and to return the products ordered if already delivered, without any penalty and without the need to specify a reason. This does not apply to perishable or personalised goods, as per legislation in force. To withdraw from the purchase contract simply write to customercare@manuel.it.
We will willingly accept the return of any article, with the exception of those mentioned above, as long as it is in perfect condition and has not been used, refund the entire amount, not including the cost of returning the goods.
